HRI Hospitality, based in New Orleans, reveals the’ Topping out’ of its brand-new hotel task, Tempo by Hilton Nashville Downtown. The16 -story,306- space hotel is set up to open in spring2024nearby to Nashville Yards in the heart of downtown. A main peaking event was held late recently at the building website of the brand-new hotel.

BELL Construction is the design-builder with ESa acting as the designer for the job, and Wimberly Design as the job Interior Designer. Upon conclusion, the brand-new hotel will include 10,000 square feet of versatile indoor and outside conference areas, a 1,000- square-foot, advanced gym, a large outside swimming pool and bar, occasion yard and a fifth-floor sky lobby with extensive views of downtown Nashville and Nashville Yards. The home will use a range of food and drink experiences, consisting of a ground-floor Bluestone Lane café with indoor and outside patio area seating– the very first in the Nashville market– a fifth-floor lobby bar and lounge with shareable New American meals and an outside swimming pool bar providing a Mediterranean-inspired menu and specialized mixed drinks.
