Rita Ghantous is a hospitality fanatic and an enthusiastic author with over 9 years’ experience in journalism and 5 years experience in the hospitality sector. Her enthusiasm for the efficiency arts and composing, began early. At 10 years of ages she was applauded for her solo efficiency of the Beatles tune “All My Love” accompanied by a guitar player, and was approached by a French skill scout throughout her school play. Her love for composing was more powerful. Fresh out of school, she ended up being an independent reporter for Noun Magazine and was granted the Silver Award Cup for Outstanding Poetry, by The International Library of Poetry (Washington DC). She studied Business Management and made a Masters degree from Saint Joseph University (USJ), her thesis was released in the Proche-Orient, Études en Management book. She then pursued a profession in the hospitality market however didn’t quit composing, that is why she introduced the Four Points by Sheraton Le Verdun Newsletter. Her love for the market and journalism led her to Hospitality Services – the organizers of the HORECA exhibition in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Jordan, in addition to Salon Du Chocolat, Beirut Cooking Festival, Whisky Live and other local programs. She is presently the Publications Executive of Hospitality News Middle East, Taste & & Flavors and Lebanon Traveler. It is with supreme dedication for her publications that she shows her hospitality savoir-faire.
