Due to all of the above, 300 parking spaces on two floors outside and an internal, underground garage are planned within the building. The completion of the project is expected in the next year.
The conceptual design of the gauze of the Tobacco station in Grude, which has recently been owned by the company Violeta, is being developed. A high-class hotel with accompanying facilities is planned to be built on the site of the Duhanska station gas station.
