Although he has been working for more than half a century, he has not written a single role as a job seeker in his life, which Vlado Podhostnik is proud of. During his life’s journey, he changed his profession as many as four times, from construction to professional politics, then to trade fairs, and finally he settled in the hotel industry. Not because he likes it the most, the 76-year-old from Maribor is open today, but because the working environment is changing faster and faster, and new ideas are slowly drying up.
