Eric Boonstoppel, currently Head of operations for the Cheval Blanc resorts because 2010, will likewise manage the LVMH group’s city hotels in his brand-new function as Vice President of Operations for LVMH hotel Management.
Eric Boonstoppel holds a Master’s degree in hotel and Restaurant Management along with a DESS in Tourism Industries from the University of Toulouse II. He started his profession at the Royal hotel in Deauville as General Manager.
He then took control of the management of the hotel Majestic Cannes from 1999 to 2006 prior to being selected General Manager of the hotel Fouquet’s Barrière Paris.
In 2010, he signed up with the LVMH hotel Management group as Director of Operations for the Cheval Blanc brand name and General Manager of the Cheval Blanc Palace Courchevel home.
Thanks to his international vision of the hotel market, his understanding of the difficulties and worths of Cheval Blanc, and his unequaled supervisory abilities, Eric is establishing Cheval Blanc’s objective while providing remarkable hotel efficiency.
