“I am super proud to belong to the plan because it is a place where I never felt uncomfortable”

The EPIC hotel, in Villa de Merlo, incorporated individuals belonging to the Social Inclusion Plan. They were trained by the Ministry of Social Development of San Luis, and today they work at the five-star guide hotel in the province. Carolina is one of the 5 beneficiaries who entered the cleaning area. For her, it is a great opportunity and she is very grateful.

Carolina Esquivel, belongs to the Plan, she has worked in several workplaces. She had a picnic area, worked in cleaning, community security and two months ago she has been working at the EPIC hotel in Villa de Merlo her task is to keep the spaces clean hotel commons. Reception, administration, restaurant, bar, playroom, among others

“This is a great opportunity for me. Today at 45 it is very difficult to get a job. I am very happy,” she said . At the hotel, her colleagues received her with great affection and kindness: “Everyone received me very well, magnificent boy. There is very good energy here “.

Her family is made up of her husband, three sons, ages 21, 14, and 11, and a 1-year-old granddaughter. They all live under the same roof. Carolina works tirelessly to get ahead. In the morning, she works in a hostel, then she completes her workday at EPIC, and at night she continues working at home.

” I am super proud to belong to the strategy because it is a place where I never felt uncomfortable. I always felt very cared for. I am very grateful for this opportunity for me and my family I hope I can continue working. Not everyone has this possibility, for that I am so grateful”, concludes Carolina.
