A cash replacement of prizes in kind or services is not possible, their use or claim is always at the risk of /the winner/s. The competition organizer assumes no liability for data transmission defects during participation or certain properties or functions of the prizes provided by third parties; Warranty claims or claims for damages due to alleged performance defects are to be addressed to the specified cooperation partner (manufacturer/supplier). The winner(s) is/are responsible for paying any taxes or other statutory duties associated with the prize.
The transmission of incorrect data in the course of the competition can also any attempt at manipulation, eg concealed multiple submissions by the same person, will result in the person concerned being excluded from further participation. We reserve the right to cancel the competition at any time, especially due to technical or legal problems.
