Pass away CS is financing the $835 million purchase with some of its real estate funds and Trinity Investments, a Honolulu-based real estate company. The hotel “The Diplomat on Hollywood Beach”, which is located directly on the beach, has 1000 rooms, half of which are suites and the other half are double rooms.
