The new menu at the Ático restaurant at The Principal Madrid hotel invites you on a gastronomic tour of Spain. It is designed to share and have fun, to accompany the spectacular views of Madrid in a pleasant setting and a terrace overlooking the Gran Vía.

The Ático restaurant, awarded with a Repsol Sun and with the best views of Madrid’s Gran Vía, is the place where the renowned chef Ramón Freixa (2 Michelin stars in the restaurant that bears his name, located in the hotel Único in the heart of the Salamanca district) displays his most casual proposal.
