Desperate, the woman decided to ask for advice on the web, in different groups. She said that she paid essentially and without the right of cancellation. The hotel had an 8.3 rating on the booking platform, which is why, she said, she wouldn’t have anything to worry about, especially since it was a well-planned vacation.
Five days before before leaving, the woman received a message from the hotel telling her that the establishment had closed in the meantime, and the reservation would of course be taken. cancelled. Moreover, the representatives of the online booking platform offered the Romanian several options.
She said that in the first phase she was promised a response from the hotel in 5 days and the return of the money , which did not happen. The second time the deadline was extended to 15 days, with the condition that if she does not receive her money by then, the amount will be returned by the platform.
