Marius Budai – Minister of Labor
Earthquake on the political scene. Marius Budăi allegedly tried to approach women at night after consuming alcohol at important party events. PSD sources told Libertatea that the labor minister would have called a deputy at a hotel in Olimp, in August 2022. Then, at the end of January, at a hotel in Sinaia, Budai would have caused a similar episode. Realitatea journalists tried to get a point of view from the Minister of Labor, but for now he has not responded to requests.
The Social Democratic Party organizes at the beginning of each parliamentary session a meeting of deputies and senators in the mountains or at the sea. At some of these events, Marius Budai would have approached a colleague who, to top it off, had come with her husband.
In August, Minister Marius Budai called a PSD deputy at night, who was staying in the same hotel . The PSD MP does not act alone in the room, but together with her husband, with whom she had come to the event by the sea. The husband reacted and had a heated discussion with Minister Budăi on the ground floor of the hotel , according to several eyewitnesses, the journalists from Libertatea write.

The incident was also reported to the party leadership, which did not take any action in this case, said the woman called by Budai, for Libertatea.
More than 3 weeks ago, Budai would have had another slip-up. He would have tried to convince several women to go to his beds at the party meeting from Sinai. Everything would have happened in a hotel in Sinaia, against the background of the same alcohol consumption.
