An authorities constable who videoed himself smoking cigarettes marijuana while on an Amsterdam trip would have been started the force– had he not resigned. Previous PC Anthony Guina was off-duty and on vacation in the Dutch capital last September when he sent out the Snapchat video revealing him smoking cigarettes marijuana to more than 100 fans. Thames Valley Police chief constable John Campbell handled the ex-officer at a sped up misbehavior hearing, which Mr Guina did not go to.
