Occupancy: 67.2 percent (up 2.3 percent)
ADR: $15576(up 4.2 percent)
RevPAR: $10464(up 6.6 percent)
Helped by group need, which was the 3rd greatest of the pandemic period, the tenancy and RevPAR levels were the 2nd greatest of the year, behind the week ending March 18, 2023.
Among the Top 25 Markets, Chicago saw the greatest year-over-year boosts in each of the crucial efficiency metrics: tenancy (up 23.9 percent to 72.2 percent), ADR (up 29.6 percent to $17471), and RevPAR (up 60.6 percent to $12613).
Of note, New York City (821 percent) and Las Vegas (808 percent) were the only 2 markets to report tenancy above 80 percent.
The steepest RevPAR decreases were seen in Miami (down 20.7 percent to $18117) and Tampa (down 8.9 percent to $13951).
