- Revenue per offered space (RevPAR): US$10067( 6.3%)
Among the Top 25 Markets, Oahu Island experienced the greatest tenancy level (816%), which was down 8.3% from the marketplace’s 2019 standard.
Markets with the most affordable tenancy for the month consisted of New Orleans(473%) and Houston(553%).
New Orleans reported the steepest decrease in tenancy when compared to 2019 (-219%).
