Zuma Bangkok puts a Japanese zen garden in its new cocktail menu

The St. Regis’s Zuma– which is at the hotel today owned by it– has actually released a brand-new mixed drink menu that will make you seem like you’re being in a zen garden with its minimalism and umami sub-notes.

The mastermind behind the Japanese Garden menu is Davide Sambo, previously Soho Hospitality (of Havana Social, Above Eleven, Cantina, and Yankii popularity). There are 8 beverages on the menu at THB480 each, all classics with a Japanese twist.

A great beverage to begin is the high, earthy, and refreshingly natural Sagano Highball that is Jameson, Lillet Blanc, soba sherry shochu, salted Thai dessert, and some green aroma.

Also, attempt the Matsuri Martini, blending sakura mancino vermouth (professional suggestion: ask Sambo about his Japanese vermouth collection), Beefeater 24 gin, 3 methods of sakura, and smooth flower tea yogurt. The beverage is smooth, flower, and simple to consume with a vermouth taste.

For a perfectly well balanced umami and tropical taste, choose the Kanto Southside– The Botanist gin, mezcal, cacao, purple banana miso, and umami sea botanicals.
